Edwin Gerace is a Licensed realtor for 10 years. In those 10 years he has real estate designations that make me knowledgeable in real estate. I am a Certified Sellers Representative , Green Certified Real Estate Professional , and a certified new homes specialist . Edwin has received every award that Columbia Board of Realtors and Russell and Jeffcoat Realtors issues. In 2008 I was the # 21 agent in the entire company. I am involved in many aspects of my profession. I am currently on the Planning Commission for the Town of Lexington . Currently I am the Chairman of the Legislative Committee for the Board of Realtors .  Edwin commitment to the community shows in his passion about the Lexington Chamber of Commerce  where he was involved in multiple committees as well as an ambassador for the chamber. Edwin continues his commitment to his real estate profession while being involved at the local level and state level.  My wife Allyson and I are active in our church as well as involved with my daughter Sophia’s school.
